How this is measured
- A person is active on a day when they used DealerPulse that day (any screen or action). A dealership is active on a working day when any of its current dealer users was active.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, less public holidays; the period ends yesterday.
- Bands: Regular = 80% or more of working days, Patchy = 40–79%, Dormant = under 40%, Not using = none, No login = no dealer user exists.
- Capture is Independent dealers only: working days with activity logged. The day strip shows captured days for Independent dealers and active days for everyone else.
- Days before live tracking began come from sign-ins and changes only, so they slightly undercount people who only viewed screens.
